Admin Console

📝 This is a reference translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

In the Game8 Store admin dashboard, you can perform all the operations needed to run your store in one place — checking sales reports, searching orders, registering and editing items, and testing APIs.

The first half of this page covers each feature; the second half explains account permission settings.

1. Admin Dashboard Features

1.1. Monthly Reports

1. Key Features and What You Can Do

  • Viewing daily sales performance
    • You can view detailed daily sales data for the selected month in a list. The following figures are available:
      • Number of purchases
      • Number of unique users
      • Amount (sales amounts such as payment totals)
      • Amount discounted by coupons
      • Amount paid with points
  • Switching the displayed month (month selector)
    • Use the month selector menu at the top left of the screen to easily switch to the month you want to view.

1.2. Order List

On the Order List screen, you can view the history of all orders, search by specific criteria, and export order data to CSV for orders placed through Game8 Store.

1. Key Features and What You Can Do

  • Viewing order history
    ◦ You can view all past orders (completed, cancelled, etc.) in a list.
  • Filter (search) functions
    • Date search: Specify a start date and end date to narrow the list to orders within a specific period.
    • Item ID search: Enter a specific item ID to extract only the orders for that product.
  • Data export (CSV export)
    ◦ You can download the displayed order data as a CSV file and use it for sales management and analysis in Excel or other tools.

2. Screen Field Descriptions

Search and action area

FieldDescription
Start date / End dateFilters the list by date range. Select dates from the calendar icon. Click "Clear dates" to reset the selection.
Item IDEnter the specific item ID (half-width digits) you want to search for. Click "Clear item ID" to reset the input.
Search buttonReloads the list using the specified date and item ID criteria.
Clear buttonResets all search criteria to their initial state.
CSV export buttonDownloads the matching order list data in CSV format.

Order list table (contents of each column)

ColumnDescription
Date/TimeShows the date and time the order was confirmed (e.g., 2026/06/06 (Mon) 22:13)。
StatusShows the current state of the order (Completed = payment and processing completed successfully, Cancelled = the order has been canceled, Pending = processing in progress, Payment confirmed = payment completed but the item has not yet been granted).
EnvironmentNormally shows Production. Purchases made as tests are shown as Test.

Payment MethodShows the payment method used (Credit cardau PAYPAYPAY , etc.)
Item NameShows the name of the purchased product.
Item IDShows the identification number assigned to each product.
Transaction IDA unique ID assigned to each order in the payment system.
List PriceThe regular price of the product shown to users (tax included).
Purchase PriceThe payment amount the user actually paid.
Coupon DiscountShows the amount discounted by an applied coupon (if none was applied, ¥0)。
Points UsedShows the number of points used at the time of the order (if none were used, 0)。
Game8 IDThe unique identifier of the purchasing user's Game8 account.

1.3. Code Usage History

On the Code Redemption History screen, you can view, search, and export (CSV) records of serial codes, gift codes, and other codes redeemed by users.

1. Key Features and What You Can Do

  • Viewing code redemption records
    You can centrally manage and view the history of codes redeemed by users (date/time, status, associated campaign, etc.).
  • Filter (search) functions
    - Date search
    : Specify a start date and end date to narrow the list to codes redeemed within a specific period.
    Campaign name search: Enter a campaign name to extract only code redemptions related to a specific promotion or event.
  • Data export (CSV export)
    You can download the displayed code redemption history as a CSV file and use it to measure distribution effectiveness or cross-check data during user support.

2. Screen Field Descriptions

Code redemption history table (contents of each column)

ColumnDescription
DateShows the date and time the user redeemed (entered) the code (e.g., 2026/06/06(Mon) 22:13)。
StatusShows the processing state of the code. (
Completed = code verification, item grant, and other processing completed successfully, Cancelled = canceled, Pending = processing in progress)
Campaign nameShows the name of the campaign or event for which the code was issued (e.g., 4th Anniversary Gift Code)。
Transaction IDA unique system identifier assigned to each code redemption.
User IDThe unique identifier of the Game8 account of the user who redeemed the code.

1.4. Item Management

In Item Management, you can register and configure the items sold on Game8 Store.

  • Registering new items
  • Searching and filtering registered items (keyword / category)
  • Editing item information (edit / copy / delete)

2. Screen Field Descriptions

Search and action area

New buttonOpens the input screen for registering a new item.
Search (input field)Enter the item name or product ID you want to find.
CategorySelect a category from the dropdown to filter the list (the default is "All").
Search buttonReloads the list using the specified criteria.
Clear buttonResets the search criteria to their initial state.

Item list table (column descriptions)

ColumnDescription
CheckboxUsed to select multiple items for bulk actions.
ThumbnailShows the registered item image.
Display NameThe name shown on the store. Click it to view and edit the details.
IDThe item's unique identification number (product ID).
List PriceShows the selling price (e.g., ¥0¥540 ).
VisibilityPublish status(Admin-onlyPrivatePublic).
ActionsEdit / Copy / Deleteetc. operations.

3. How to Register an Item (New)

  1. Click the blue [New] button at the top left of the screen.
  2. Enter the basic information.
    • Display Name: The product name shown on the store
    • Product ID: The ID used for API integration (not visible to users)
    • Description: Shown under "Product Details" on the purchase screen (e.g., Eight x50)
    • Bonus description: Shown in red text below the product name
    • Thumbnail: Recommended 2000×2000px or smaller / 5MB or less
  3. Enter the remaining information.
    • Pricing: The item's price
    • Purchase limit / stock: Maximum purchase quantity / stock quantity ("Sold Out" is shown when the set quantity is reached)
    • Purchase limit interval: How often the purchase limit resets (1 day / 1 week / 1 month)
    • Visibility and schedule: Publication status / start date-time / end date-time

      PrivateNot visible to anyone.
      Admins onlyVisible only to accounts with admin permission, view permission, and Game8 administrators.
      PublicVisible to everyone.
    • Categories and tags
      • Category: Set this to make the item list easier to browse (you can add new categories with [New] as needed).
      • Tags
        • Main tag: shown on the thumbnail with a red border
        • Sub tag: shown on the thumbnail with a gray border
    • Bonus items / bundle items
      • Bonus items: Use this when additional items are given with the purchase.
      • Bundle items: Enter each item included in a bundled product.
        Filling this in makes it easier to see what is included, even on the list screen.
  4. Once all fields are filled in, click the New button to finish.

1.5. Category Management

In Category Management, you can change the priority of each category.
Use the arrows to the left of each category to change the category order.

1.6. Settings

On the Settings screen, you can register the game's maintenance schedule.

1.7. API Testing

On the API Test screen, you can send requests to the game server and verify that the APIs respond correctly.

1.8. Payment Statements

On the Payment Statements screen, you can download the payment statement for each month.
Statements are available for download in PDF format by the third business day of each month.

Admin permission : Can add and edit products in the admin console.

View permission : View-only access.
